where else can i find these?

i was looking at this bumper but without the billet insert and i can remember where it was at. I found this one from road max auto but they only have chrome and they dont offer one with out the billet that has the dual fog lights. I want a black one like this with dual fogs and not billet. If you guys can help it would be appreciated.
