IN ORDER FOR A I BEAM RANGER TO LAY OUT YOU NEED TO NOTCH THE FRONT FRAME TO CLEAR THE TIE ROD ENDS ALSO CONSIDER A 4WD PITMAN ARM FOR EXTRA CLEARANCE. MINE IS BAGGED WITH DREAM BEAMS AND WONT LAY UNTIL I NOTCH THE FRONT.

I have a 96 and the shop I took it to decided to do independent front suspension instead, so it will lay on 20s. Its alot of work, but it should be well worth it. Pics of the back are up already and pics of front should be up soon.

a friend of mine bagged my other buddies 94 ranger (DRP_YRZ) and it lays out nicely. He did floating bag cups up front. He used dream beams too. Its also set up to lay out on 20s all the way around.

i doubt that its gonna lay out on 20s on beams. Its hard as hell to get them to lay on 18s and not to mention that you will end up cutting into your oil pan to lay on 20s with the dream beams.

I can promise you it lays out hard with 20s with a 35 or 40 series tire. The stock ballon tires that i put on it(so that i could get full lift) are a 215/75/15 which are very big tires. I cant remember the total width of them, but their close if not bigger than a 20 with 35 series tire. We didnt have to notch the oil pan, but we did notch it 2 times on each side of the frame for the beams, and tie rods to clear, and we also notched a little out where the i-beams mount for more travel up. Ill see if i can get some better pics upclose of it soon

I need to how you did it so I can do, because I thought about going Toy front suspension but if I can keep the I-beams and make it work I am going to hook us all up with some front suspension pics.
