Is this too much to pay for Airbag system?

Check it, i have a delima (i cant spell)...I want to get my truck bagged, but i want to know how much is too much. Shop A, in NC, wants 4 grand for spindles, 4 bags, fbss, 3/8" line and fittings, bolt-on cantilever, 2 5ga tanks, and 2 compressors AND says they wont have to cut through the bed to lay frame. Shop B, in FL, wants 2600 bucks, for spindles, 4bags, front to back, 1/2" line and fittings, 2 5gal tanks, Engine driven compressor, flip kit and removeing two leafs, and says they can get the truck to sit about 1 inch off the ground. Sorry for the book, but i need to make a decision tommorrow...Thanks in advance.
