has anyone else here had any problems with streetbeatcustoms? or is it just me?
i ordered my stuff 2 weeks ago and it said everything would ship w/in 24-48 hrs...i call them today(almost 2 business weeks later) and they say they had to order my parts and it would be 10-14 business days till they get it...then they would send it...
2 things bout this piss me off...1. i don't mind waiting, but i do mind waiting when i think i'm waiting 4-5 days...not 3 weeks or more by the time i get it...wtf...let me know if that is the case when i order it....
2. why can they send me everything that i ordered except what they are waiting on....i hate when u order ten things and they are all there but 2 and they hold up the whole shippment...even when it's 2 much to send in on box in the first place..wtf...
i am so annoyed with them rite now man....i think i'm only gonna order from mom and pop operations now...there the only ones with good customer service....
btw...innovativeair.com is a good company...they get my vote any day of the week..excelent cusomer service...
