Lift question

Alright, I have a 85 toy deluxe cab 4x4, with a 3" shackle lift and a 2" body lift. If I was to buy a 3.5" leafs in the front and add a leaf in the rear, and ran the 3" shackles would I have to get a longer drive shaft?
