Its best to have an actual tubing bender, or have it bent, or have one made. When I built the one on my truck I didn't have a bender, so I had a local exhaust shop make the bend for me. I build wishbones too, custom order.

For the LSPV, I prefer to install a proportioning valve, or get a factory valve off an early 2WD truck. Some people like to T the line, and they have reported that it works fine. I have had bad luck with this in hard braking situations, so I always use some time of proportioning valve or flow valve now.

i have a 35mm offset an my firewall is tubbed

Maybe with the 4wd fenders you can get away with the lower offset. With my truck lowered down like this i can turn lock to lock with out issues but once again my wheel is an inch shorter then yours and i am running a 235/35 tire

the only thing i think you are going to battle is how wide your rim is. Essentaily your tire will stretch to cover how wide your wheel is which is preventing you from having proper clearanace.
