z'in

i am about to start the process of z'in the frame on my 1990 pickup (22r), and i was just wonderin, what all must be taken off (parts wise) be4 i cut off the front of the frame and drop it. and will i need to buy differnt motor mounts too?

not necessarily, but your motors gonna be closer to the hood, could be a problem.

I like to drop the motor the same amount as the Z. This way it stays at the same angle as stock.

Its easier if you pull the motor, but not necessary.

Don't want to be dumb or anything, but what is the purpose of Z'ing the frame? I've never heard of this before.

toyotas dont lay flat. engine crossmember hangs below the rest of the frame.
