If you had the choice?

If you had the choice would you rather have a chevy 350 engine or a rx7 turbo engine?

I have about $3000 to spend on an engine and cant decide if I want a new 350 from summit or a rebuilt JDM 13b.

If I go with the 350 I wont be able to buy all the parts I need for the motor but I could buy the rebuilt 13b from a company here if florida for about $1500 and still have some money to play with.
