HEADLIGHT voltage

I redid my front end from a 93 to a 95 4runner front endand was curious bout the headlights i always thought you had to do that relay setup to make sure i get correct voltage for the new h4? bulbs but i swapped wire for wire and the headlights look fine. any input if i need to do the relay setup cause i changed the harness about 6 inches to add the h4s?

do you meant wattage?? cus its all the same voltage no matter what. i was running 55/100 watt H4's till i swapped to HID's. and either one worked fine.

YEAH so its fine no relays cuz i could do relays but dont see purpose other than brighter but they seem fine i know they upgrade plugs for amperage draw but ???

i ran those 55/100 out in the deserts and mountains with the stock plugs and wires and never had an issue. if you really want em brighter/clearer you should redo the grounds on your truck. honestly makes a difference.
