motorized license plate frames?

where can i buy one of those motorized license plate frames that you guys use to like pop up out of your tailgate or bedlid? I want to put it between my cab and bed so i can hide it at the flip of a switch for like shows and stuff. Is this an actually bracket kit or something that you guys buy or do you custom make it with actuators and what not.
