ok, finally finished getting all of the equiptment i need, now i need some help on the install. ok, got my head unit, 2 pg ms2250's, boston pro 6,4 tweet set, and a pg eq215ix. how is this run, do i go through the eq215 then to my amps? or vise versa. probably a dumb question but im new to the stereo world. then, if i have the eq215ix do i use that as my crossover or use the crossovers that come with the boston set, or both, im confused as hell when i lay this thing out, and DETAILED info would be so sweet. thanx everyone in advance!! also, need to know if it is possible to get 4 dual 4ohm 10's to see a 4 ohm load? thnx

DO NOT HOOK THEM UP IN PARALLEL. Like Jon said will fuck your amp up unless it .5 ohm stable. As far as wiring the subs go here http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/learningcenter/car/subwoofers_wiring.html?subs=4&impedance=DVC4x2, it will either be 2 ohm or 8 ohm, unless you run 2 per amp. As far as the mids and hi's. Its better to have more power than not enough. If you have too little power when you turn the volume up it will destort alot more then if you have more power. Just remember distortion KILLS lol. Also you want to run the rca patch cords from the radio to the eq and then to the amp. If you need anything else hit me up.

The subs can only be wired in a 2 or 8 ohm load with a single amp.Try running it 2 ohms bridged and if it shuts off or gets too hot to touch then wire them 8 ohms. The more power you have to the mids the better(to a certain extent).Just look at some of the best systems in comp cars. They would use 3 amps all the same, one for subs, one for mids, one for tweets.300 watts to just tweeters is not unheard of.Just make sure you cross over things properly. If I remember correctly those amps have no x overs in them, but I could be wrong. Therefore go from head unit to equalizers ,then to electronic 2 way x over, from low on x over to sub amp and from hi on x over to mid amp. Then run the passive x over for the mids from the speaker outputs on the amp.Choose a realistic x over point like 80 hz
