Lowering via torsion bars?

Ok, excuse my ignorance, but this truck is the first torsion bar truck I have owned. I put some mustang wheels on the truck for a bit just so I not rolling around on the stock 14s, and I just want to get it a bit closer to the earth before I bag it at the begining of the year..

Anyways, Ill probably just throw some 3" blocks in the back, and just want to crank the torsion bars down in the front to get about 2"...can anyone give me a how to on lowering the front via the torsion bars, or point me to a website that has a good how to? TIA!
