"Z-ing"

I have a '98 Dakota im fully bagging it with a 4 link and all. i heard things about having to "Z-ing" it to make it lay frame. Is this true? Does anyone have any pics of Dak's with Z frames? and does anyone kno how to relocate a rear tail gate handle? Thanks JD
