help on doing front brackets.

just a quick question. im redoing my front brackets, i got new slam bags in the mail, and i want to have them compress exactly 3" so when i redo the tranny x member it will lay out on the front xmember perfectly.

now by looking at the pic (i got the bags off), should that front x member be even with the bottom of my tires when the bags are fully compressed 3"? just dont know since i know the front is higher on toyotas. thought id ask. thanks
