I remember back in the day static dropping my brand new '89 and scraping the reflectors off of the interstate (back before they put them level with the pavement). BUT, reality will catch up to you one day when you're trying to get strangers to help you push your truck off of a speedbump in front of the mall!

My static drop was with 2' Belltech spindles,turned down torsions,& 2' dropped rear leafs & 2' angled blocks, rode real good,notching the rear was in order to keep from hitting. Bagging was on the build list. And bottoming out on speed bumps was a problem. 4.5'' ride height! 225x18x40 tires.

that bar that is bolted to the front part of the frame is not needed...take that bitch off!!
