who has drug threw there frame rails???

I was dragging my truck last night like I do almost everynight,....well now I have a crack on both frame rails about a foot long towards the back half! not to mension my front skid plate is almost gone also!! lol sorry im addicted to draggin my daily driver! I'm think about welding some 1/4 plate steel on there! I was just wondering what everyone else does???
