OK,I am a die hard ford guy, i hate how every magazine has all chevy/gmc/dodge/ and any other vehicle other then "Ford". whats up with this bull shit, every month me and other friends look through the magazines and see maby a ford ranger, but never full size ford trucks. i dont buy a magizine anymore unless it has a full size ford in it. maby its just me but i am just sic of seeing the same shit.

SPORT TRUCK--no descrimination here. don't care about the brand, size or the club. Build it cool and we'll shoot it plain and simple.

In my opinion the reason so many chevys are featured is that a chevy or GMC has more offered parts and accesories than any other not saying the featured trucks are bolt on kings for example you know how many billet int. accesories are offered for my 98 Ram TWO gauge bezel and a/c control thats it maybe instead of going after magazines maybe we need to talk to companies making parts for our truck (Dodge,Ford) and get them making some cool stuff for us to use.I guess thats why they call it customizing though hell anybody can bolt something on.

you hit the problem on the head. its the aftermarket availability. know since you want to have a custom truck. fab your own stuff up and make the truk worth seeing in the magazine. dont just sit at your house and complain about it.

You guys just need to abandon these suck ass Chevys and start building Fords and Dodges. Then they'll get more features and snapshots. General Motors products don't deserve this much attention anyways.

all i can say is that i'm a ford man and my truck is in the new Sport Truck. If you don't like the mag don't buy them.

ive talked to Travis at Truckin Magazine and he said they look for bad a** dodges all the time its just a matter of finding them ive seen several dodges and fords at other shows that were awesome but if they never hit the big show circuit who is gonna see them??Grandma and grandpa seeing your truck doesnt get you coverage try showing at G'ville and see what happens there are more magazines that cover that show than any other IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME!!!!!!

Ive been shooting in this automotive industry for about 12 years. And yes there is alot of Chevys at the shows. When I hit a show I look for the feature worthy Fords and Dodges first. Becuase as a freelancer I know that there is very few in the files of all the truck titles and they'll sell first. However 9 out of 10 times there is not one to be found. So you move on to the Import, then the Fullsize Chevys then to the S-10s. But thats just my way of shooting.
