whats the best offset for a 300c bagged?

+15 to +18 will work just fine, just make sure to get 255/30 or smaller tires, the 265/35/22 do not work well with bags

It depends on the width of the wheel... I've got 22 x 10's with a 10mm offset.. I've had 22x9.5's with a 18mm I prefer those and I am about to get 22x9.5's with a 20mm offset
