Baggin a 98 ford f-150

I was wanting to shed my ranger for something bigger and was wondering how hard it is to bag an F-150 98 model or so just the one without the I-beams?

who makes the kit to rais the upper control arm? i've seen cam bolt kits that give 2.25 degrees of adjustment, but that seems like pissing in the wind for the camber these trucks get!
