Does anybody know what is wrong?

Im thinking about buying a bagged mazda from a guy, but for some reason, he said that the drivers side bag will only inflate halfway up, and he doesnt know whats wrong, he said that he thought it might not have enough pressure, but he said that the passenger side lifts all the way up, i think he said it only has two switches, one for the front and one for back, so could it be that the drivers side has more feet of airline runnin to it and its not sending air equally, of could it be a kink, what else could it be, thanks
