Ok guys and gals, im ordering the stuff for my bags and i was wondering what comes in jasons kits(suicidedoors), does it come with the hardware to mount the bags, and do the GC valves come with mounting braket, just trying to figure out the best way to go, ive ordered stuff from them and would like to give him my business again, i just wanted to know exanctly what comes in the kits, i know they dont come with fittings,

im going with kit #2 but im changing a few things, im getting firestone bags and gc valves with a viair 450 comp and a 5 gallon tank, everything is going to be 1/2 inch, any suggestions or comments, this is going to be my first time ordering this stuff and trying to do my homework. its going on my 75 fullsize, no hopper just quick daily. any help would be great.

holy crap, jason is amazing, i just ordered my bag kit, they told me some of the stuff was on back order, then i get everything in like 4 days. awesome

i just have some stupid questions before installing them,

1. 2600 bags go in front and 2500 in back right?

2. on GC valves the DIN connector has three wires 2 are pos or neg and the third is optional ground, do i need to ground that one or just run the pos and ground the other?

3. whats the best way to run the valves and gauges at each corner, split it 4 ways, one in , one to bag, one dump, and then gauge, or use 2 t-s.

any little pointers or help would be great this is my first one, ive done a lot of research, but i want it to be right,
thanks guys

2600's go in back usually... the 2500's will fit in the front suspension easier....

on the valves.one=pos,one=neg.the other you can lweave alone if you want.iv HEARD that if you ground that one too,it will make them a lil faster.but iv noticed NO difference.
the plumbing,it just realy depends on how you want to set it up.me and my buddy do both, either the 4 way pipe tee,or put 2 3 was tees together.both do the same, but ones more work.

DO NOT RUSH YOURSELF!

you need 2600s all the way around

Valve wiring the 2 like pins are +/- polarity doesn't matter due to its a magnetic solenoid the bottom flat one is for the connectory to make it strong enough, mounting brackets I use angle iron and hose clamps around the T (manifold) or you could just mount on tank with close nipple but don't let one break off inside

i would run the 2600lbs in the front, if you put the 2500's in the front the firestone probably won't lift it, i've tried that before in a 2500 chev to see and it only lifted like 2 inches at 175psi in the bag not at the tank! the 2600 is really easy to install. i believe jason has the plate that mounts the bag to a flat plate that bolts to the spring pocket so all you have is a lower cup for the bag to worry about.

the 2600 rub on my bump stop and steering stop. can i cut this off? i didnt want all that pressure on my top ball joints!

next where would you guys mount the valves, its going to be easier to mount them on the tank than on the frame at least in front, ive got all the fittings to do it eitherway, ($250 worth of DOT fittings) the good shit and if i mount them on the tank do the lines need to be the same length?
