couple of ?'s for you guys running nitrogen

mainly about the valves. my fill valves make like a popping noise when i have the pressure up around 200 psi or higher. is this good or bad.i have heard it on other rides with nitrogen. by the way valves are only rated at 150 psi they also sometimes stick but not to often just every once in awhile. any info is helpful. thanks
