what primer has the highest build? im sandin my dash down to make it smooth, but if i sand it smooth b4 i primer it, ill be almost threw the other side, so what primer could i use to fill in these lil pin holes

JESUS H CHRIST. you still have that stuff in your area? its been off the shelf in the south for like 3 yrs or more. not like it was ever that good in the first place. if you want the good stuff buy ppg's k-38. its basically what replaced k-200. it even still uses the same hardener, k-201. builds at least 10 times better than any of the brands mentioned here. im pretty sure you could block a concrete floor flat with it.
I use ppg K36 with k201 hardener
try the k-38 its a better build than 36
i used the ppg primer on my impala.it wasnt ncp-250 though i used ncp-280 and it was aroung 220 a gallon with hardener.i would just use evercoat easy sand it is a high fill primer or pcl fills good too.they are only about 15 for a quart.you shouldnt use any more than that.
i use ppg k36 for everything
adhesion promotor and urehtane primer works real good...
