driveshaft

i put bags on my longbed, and my driveshaft moves in and out when i lift/lower it, its making my transmission leak(i think it ruined the seal), i know some offroad trucks use square tubing inside a larger square tube to make a telescoping driveshaft for when the suspension moves up and down, do you think this would work for a bagged truck?
