I have a 93' Yota that I am laying out on 20's... I already recessed the clylinder an inch but it wasn't enough. I heard of people using an older clutch master clylinder but I haven't heard if it works.. Does it? Can I put an 89' cluch master on there and be smaller and still work????

Alright, well I figured it out. I used an 88' Master Clylinder and it worked. It took a little bit of "lovin'" to get it to work but it did. Had to shave the piston rod down a little. But the master cylinder is back another inch so I have 2 inches tucked in.. Works so far...

yeah the clutch master cylinder out of my 88 is pretty small compared to the new bodystyles. i can take a pic if you want, but because these particular ones are smaller, it wouldnt take much to recess and it be out of your way. with my truck laid out on my 17's with 40 series tires, they dont even come close to touching the mastersylinder. hell i even had enough space to put a wheel well in there and clear everything with flying colors(im not bodydropped but when i tubbed my wheel wells i jacked the tire up as high as it would go without picking up the truck)....with your 18's and my year cylinder, recessed a lil bit, you should be fine.

Your truck also isnt bodydropped. I think they look like poo recessed, which is why I put mine under the dash. You can move it up though, above the pinch. I think that looks okay. But you need a removeable cowl to get to it. Mine is part of the body, unlike yours.
