Baggin' a 02 Silverado on 22"?

Hello, I am looking at going with Air-ride bolt on system. Arms and bags up front and the 4-link in the back...I want to give it a nice stance and ride. Want the wheels to tuck when aired out but don't want it to lay on the rockers. Do I need to cut anything for clearance since I will not be driving it that low and do I need to replace the trans cross-member to get it alittle lower?
