New Stereo Opinions???

So i went to a local shop today... and this is what they offered me

2 10" Kicker CVRs 1 de-500 US AmpCustom Sealed Box for under my seatsAll wired and the little odds and ends taxes in for1200 Canadian

good deal???

Apparently i'll get around 138 Db

I want strong bass, but I am limited on space... get the stereo, how are these parts...
