Hey, Got the new Oasis all hooked up, and the pressure switch does a funny thing every other time it fills, it kicks off, then kicks right back on for a second or two... I have a check valve in front of the compressor, but is it normal for a pressure switch to be so sensitive to the compressor turning off that it would turn it right back on?

anyone?

damn, seems to be worse at times now... ANYBODY have this problem with ANY compressor?

call oasis, i havent hooked mine up yet, but if i were you i would call, sounds like some things wrong.

did yours come with a lead hose to go from the compressor to the tank or did you have to buy that seperate.

no lead hose, and it's not a problem on oasis end, it's gotta be in the pressure switch... if i bypass the pressure switch to turn it on and off, it's fine, but for sum reason, when it hits the cutoff pressure, it kicks on and off a couple times really quickly as if the pressure is affected by the compressor stopping... but i have a check valve in place too, so i'm not sure why it would affect things like it is... maybe i'll still call them though, i dunno... how's the new f150 coming along?

its probably from the amount of torque that bitch puts out. when it cuts of it jars the P/S and itll close connection for a sec. i know if i drop the ass of my truck real hard, the comp will come on until it hits cut off pressure. im running a square D BTW
