Jetta widebody.

I wanted to get some opinions. I have a 2003.5 Jetta and I want to do a widebody so that it can tuck 19s (or 18s with the same diameter tires). Should I do the widebody so the bulge is at the leading edge of the fender and at the top of the fender but have it straight at the trailing edge the fender with an open vent, or should I do it so that the trailing edge of the fender is a mirror image of the leading edge and have the bulge go into the door? Also, how difficult would bulges in the rear be, since the door is there?
