Help from anyone in Tennessee

I am considering relocating to Tennessee in a few years and I would sure appreciate it if anyone can give me info on good areas to live, the weather, and the mini truck scene. I've lived in So Cal all my life and am certainly spoiled by the weather - but it is just getting too expensive to live here and could use a change of scenery. I drove through Tennessee last summer and loved it. Looks like there are plenty of shows out there!! I read the posts recently on which ones are good. Here is my problem, though, LOL I hear it rains a lot out there and I shaved my wipers and ripped out the motor....can we say rain XWhat are the prices of houses out there??Thank you for your help =) Vickie

SNOW what's that lol brrrr guess I could get used to it haha. Just spent the weekend in Palm Springs and could have used some snow! Thanks Josh, I'll check out the three places you mentioned...already went to a few websites for Kingsport and it looks like a really nice place. I'll check out Jackson too blu02blaster02.

I live in Chattanooga, TN , i really like it down here, and yes TN has great shows.. And no it does not rain much at all down here.

what bout MEMPHIS, we r closer to showfest and the show, the scene is good here too, just gotta get to know everyone

yea i guess ur right, there arent too many girls round here wit nice trucks

To be honest, West Tennessee is pretty good. Whenever Showfest come around It really isn't that far of a drive. and This is the second year of the RA// Show in millington and ur Not way far from the shows in middle tennessee, or the ones up in kentucky.

Hi vickie....... Im from So(al (santa barbara) and moved back here in 82 and then moved back to so(cal in 91 and after that made johnson city my home. out of the tri cities JC is the town that has it going
nice places to eat and hang out your a woman so the shopping will be better here for you. and we have a big performance shop here and good shows.
