hey guys I went to the junk yard today and I found a 1975 'yota truck I ask the owner about the engine and he told me that it was on the truck and that it was running before he got it. I told him that I wanted the head and he told me that I can have it, so I was wondering if any of you guys know if will work with my 92 22r block that has been bored out 60 over with some other goodys and its just about ready, we port the head and over sized the valves (stainless) intake and exhaust ,big cam ,new rocker arms and springs.
or do you guys think that I shoud buy the 20r head and fix it .

Bored out .60 over........wooooo ya might wanna watch that about swapping to the 20r head might cause you some problems being bored out that much.Reason being those water jackets are thin ,and close the cylinder walls .Ive alwayas been told .050 is the most you should push a 22r without serious problems. The engine looks great now and Im shure its plnety stout.....I dont think ya need the head.
