door panels to door

i didnt use the stock wood for the door panel because it was rotted in my 86 maz b2000. i was wondering how some of you are keeping you door panels on besides just by the window crank and door handle? i tried to use doubled sided tape but that wasnt holding good enough. jay

You can use panel clips through your new panel, that would be hidden underneath the fabric.
