ok so i went to the little pigeon forge show this past weekend and while i was there i ran across this s10. It's layin frame flat out from front to back and has none of the bedfloor cut out. I was suprised because i didn't know this was possible and I figured he would still have to cut a place for the pumpkin. When i talked to the guy he said he used a 3" c-notch and never had to touch the bed floor. If i remember correctly, this guy is using 17" wheels. My question is, are 17s the biggest wheel you can use without having to cut up your bed floor?

my buddies s-10 was like that on 17's I think you may get an 18 with low pro's but he is gonna use 20's on back and put a bigger notch.. I thought it was crazy too but It kinda cool to see the look on someones face when they see it..

on my 93 s10 i have a 2 link set up, and a small notch, with 17" wheels with 40 series rubber and i layout and i still have my bed floor and all my inner wheel wells, however in the front when i'm all the way down my wheel are like 2mm away from the inner fenders, but yes it can be done

ive heard u can lay a 215/35/18 with no bed cutting except for the pumpkin hits the bed so u gotta cut just a little

i had a 97 s-10 on 18s and i had to cut the floor and fenders out but i didnt have the smallest tire

matt just keep your wheels and raise the whole bed floor so it still looks stock and has no cut out holes or anything

I dont think you can do anything bigger than 17's and not cut a spot for the pumpkin. Like OGDOUGHBOY said, just body drop the bed so you dont have to cut any holes.

You dont see too many rides like that any more. 99% of people cut there stuff up which is cool if you gonna lay big rubber but trucks start looking the same after a while. Im not saying all trucks do but you know what I mean. You have to take it to the next level to have something "original" now a days. I know 3yrs ago when I was at the Carlisle All Truck Nationals, having a stock bed laying about 3" from frame on a pair of 20s won me 2nd place in the Primer Class. Most people who see a stock bed think its just a lowered truck until you hit the switches and their like WTF, how'd you do that. I still to this day have a stock bed with nothing mounted in it. Everything is under the bed. Every show I go to people think its not bagged until I hop the front end up then they start to wonder what's wrong with it. So for some people having a clean ride that you can use everyday like mine is more important then laying huge wheels. I know I will be cutting my shit up one day when I have the money but right now Im happy so thats all that really matters.
