oasis compressor + no hose??????

ok, i looked inmy compressor "oasis 1000" and i didnt see a steel braided hose to run to my tanks, are they supposed to come with a hose or do i have to get one made?

if i have to get one made, i know i need a check valve in it, but what would you recomend for the size of the hose? 3/8" or 1/2"

any one?

It doesnt come with a steel braided line, but i run a 1/2" steel braided on mine.

will it matter if i run a 1/2" or a 3/8"? just thinking of if the pressure or time that it will take to fill the tanks will change by going faster or slower?

we used 3/8 inside diameter steel braided line on brians, also make sure you use at least 3ft of hose and use a water trap, the farther the water trap from the comp. the better it will work cause the air will cool more

we ran 6ft of hose on brians with then a check valve, also make sure you get a high flow, high pressure check valve, if it cant flow enough it can hurt your oasis performance

i talked to the guys that make the oasis compressors, they said that i should run 1/2 stainless hose and put a 1/2" check valve but didnt neeed a water trap, but it could be usefull, no watter trap just means that i will have to drain the tanks more frequentley.

use hydraulic hose.... that's what i've got on mine, works great
