4 link tips and tricks

Well im getting ready to order my 4 link for my ram from suicide doors. Ive measured out my lowers to be 28" and 31.5" for my uppers that will be mounted on a crossmember that goes over the axle up towards the cab. there longer then the lowers because i wanted to make my bars as long as possible so it looks like |/\| and the front mounting points all line up. Ive also been told that the lowers should be parallel to the ground at ride height and the uppers should angle slightly towards the ground at ride height. i just wanted to see what other things i should look into before i start this project.

your lowers should be parellel to the ground at ride height, yeah, and your uppers should be parallel to your lowers. i normally do the uppers a tad shorter than the lowers, dunno what kinda effect if any its gonna have on pinion angle since you want longer uppers.. *shrug*

well my lower bars are gonna mount to the front leaf spring hangers and im trying to get as much angle in my upper bars as possible but now that ive looked at my truck more closely i think im not going to be able to haev them be that long so there prolly gonna end up being around 28" so they will be a little shorter

now all i need to do is get my fuel cell mounted and working and ill be good to go.

my uppers are about 24in nad lowers are bout the same they're not even cut yet but using all Suicidedoors stuff his stuff is beefy as F&^*K truck should be done by Slam fest

truck is gonna look sick bro, cant wait to sit around drinking some beers and bullshittting while you are doin all the work, should be fun haha
