You sure know you air systems.

Thanks for further explaining things.

About taking the already compressed air from the primary tank I already explained is not feasible it would be a waste. It would be the same as connecting the output into the inlet of a compressor and turning it on

About a second tank that is compressed then fed would work but you would need (2) of similar size compressors feeding that tank that feeds the primary compressor so would cost a lot to make practical.

For anyone with more questions my E-mail is djd@landisusa.com my AOL is

I am a switch whore. So when I got my first ED I was happy as hell. Now I can't wait to see what I will be able to do with this.

So, if this comes out in early Oct. I can buy a version from AIM in time for Christmas. Of course then it would be called "The Super Charged Air System" and somehow leak worse than just my dump valves. LOL

I will be sending you an e-mail Doug.

nah, I just have 140 hrs of engineering classes. There is no subsutute for actually building something though.

About build up of extra water,

I have put a lot of thought into this,

Most water vapor is taken out on the initial compression then when expanded if anything it will collect more water vapor then is compressed and anything gained will just be removed my your already existing water trap

A note here, most online how to's have the water trap between the compressor and tank. It is properly installed between the tank and valves. You will get water in the tank no matter what, the goal is to keep the tank water from the valves. Look at a home compressor, is the water trap on the inlet or outlet?

after reading about this on s10forums.com what caught my eye the most was the way this system would help those of us who run nitrogen. doug ran some numbers and said you could get 292 lifts out of one tank verses about 35 on a stock nitrogen system. sorry if im miss quoting you doug and please correct me if im wrong. if im not wrong about that, then that is amazing

I am working out the details still but may make it last 1,825 fils not just 292

or will last 1 year 5 fills a day lol165-200PSI

but this is yest to be fully tested and will get more info As I find it out.

please let us know as soon as you have had time to get some real world testing done with nitro, thanks bro
