S10 Step Notch

Anyone have a measurement of where the center of the step notch should be On a 2001 S10. like where the axle will hit the frame. say from the center of the bed mount hole to the center of where the notch should be.

it all depends on the link and the size of your rims where the axle wil be layed out... like a 2 link will be more forward than a 4 link. so i would bet your suspension in first then le tthe axle sit on the frame and pu the notch in last. that way you can get it close to center of the axle when layed out as possible

yeah, thats probably the best bet. im just waiting on parts (3-link) and thought i could hammer out the notch.
