Dont use spraycan primer, If your gonna primer it do it right with a good primer. Something that uses a hardener and reducer not laquer primer. The can may sound good and cheap at first but later on it will fade and peel and if you do paint over it the paint will not stick. So before you paint its gonna be a pain in the ass to take back off.

UPOL is a spray can primer that costs about 18 buxs a can that you can spray over also. Can only get it at paint/auto body shops and like I said it is 18 buxs so very pricey but worth it if you don't have a gun to shoot the primer with

Dupont makes a rattle can called Selectprime that is badass. It is like 15 a can and you dont get much, but you can paint over it. Might be worth it if you plan on ever painting over it.
