Anyone know the correct size of the fittings from the pump? I relocated a customers tank and need to make a extension and we cant have any leaks now can we! Its definatly not standard.

some of that stuff is standard. i know the brake lines are double flared 3/16 with metric fittings. are you talking about the big bubble flare fitting on the top of the fuel pump for the pressure line?
if so, i just cut the jacket off that fitting, and slid 5/16 rubber fuel injection line on there, and double flared the metal end back at the frame and slid the 5/16 on there. works good.

if you're going to do it hardline, you should cut it at the frame before it gets to the plastic line and reflare both ends with american tube nuts and use unions. i think its 5/16 line.

Yeah i figured if al else fails to run the rubber efi hose over the stock lines with double clamps but i'd like to pipeit in hard line if i can.

just cut it on the frame before it turns to plastic, reflare w/ american fittings. the line size is not metric. four tube nuts, two unions and some line and you're in business.
