What size notch?

Ok i am bagging a 92 chevy 1500. I am going to use the kp components 6 link for the back. What size notch(height and width) will i need to lay on 22s? Does anyone make a bolt in notch that i could bolt in then weld it for extra strength?

I have an 84 with 23s and im runnin a 10 inch notch layin door.

minimum of 7" for 20's with 255/35/20's. 8" is just barely enough to lay on 265/35/22's. I'd go about 9" just to have a little extra room.
