i had to replace one of the drive axles on the car and lost some oil from the trans, i was wondering if anyone knows where the fill plug is on it and also how much to put in it, i'm assuming your supposed to just fill it up until you can stick your finger in the fill hole and feel the oil but i dont have much experience w/ fwd cars, thanks

i know on my truck there is no fill plug you have to pour it in to the dipstick for the tranny and then just keep checking the hight

then you have an auto trans, manuals dont have a dipstick.

yea, there is no dipstick, i looked again and there's something that looks like a plug on the right side( front of car), i guess ill try to pull that and see, it seems like the right height in comparison with how much oil i lost, i tryed to find a service manual for it but chiltons and haynes dont make one for that year, i guess i have to make a trip to the dealer, i just dont want to burn up my tranny, this i supposed to be a cheap, back and forth good on gas car

i know on trucks you will have a plug on the bottom and a plug on the side, fill up the plug on the side until it starts over flowin.
