my first photoshop (pointers please)

here it goes

i guess its pretty good for ur first
keep practicin though

try and add some shadowing to the rims when u lower it
and try tokeep ur lines as smooth as possible
(reflection is a lil too much)

heres one i did on a jetta

this is my first time really getting into photoshop i got no one to teac me and my last class on this was 5 years ago

tip start out with higher res images... at least 1024x768.. also use the lasso to outline the vehicle but take your time and make sure it goes with it so as to be clean... ctrl+shift+u to desaturate the image and ctrl+b to add colour to it... make sure you only select the areas that you want colour added... copy the body above the wheels and put it behind the body layer and set layer properties to drop shaddow and ajust it to look about right... just some tips to get ya started... if you have any other questions you can IM me on here and i will help as best i can....
