I'm ordering the 2" belltech drop spindles for my '01 f150, and it doesn't look like they will help with tierod clearance at all... SO my question is what's the simplest way to notch for tierods and approximately how far did you guys that are laying frame have to notch to maintain travel when it's layed out?

does flipping the tierod work well and give the clearance needed to lay frame? i'm on 265/35/22's too assuming that matters...

my tierods are flipped and I don't have a problem with them hitting

do you weld anything into the notch you cut out to seal it up or just make a hole for clearance?

on 2 of them i used a piece of pipe cut in half, one i left open
