what engines would fit on a 90 toyota pickup?

7mgte, 1jzgtte, 2jzgtte(also the non turbo of those)

lexus/toyota v8s or v6s

SBC(i.e. LS1, LT1)..the list goes on.. what are you wanting to do?? ive opted not to do an engine swap and just clean mine up and add a little performance parts to it

you can get proformance out of anything. ive seen dude, squeeze 1000 hp out of civics. how much money your willing to spend on proformance is the question. something stock, that produces hp and tourque, but is reliable and with parts that are readily available anywhere, i would have to say to go with a small block chevy motor. they fit, and the possibilities are endless. plus you can get a kit and hook it up to your stock toyota tranny...although with high amounts of hp, it dont think it will hold up too well but a stock motor shouldnt be too bad.

i'm broke... would a supra engine fit??

yea but if your broke the cheapest supra engine to go w/ is the 7mgte
