fiberglass skulls?

i know you've all seen the fiberglass consoles and boxes with the skulls popping out of them. i want to do the same thing to my console but i'm not quite sure how to do it. any info would be greatly appreaciated. thanx.

Well, i have never tried it personally, but i sounds easy enough...find a skull, cut the skull in half so all you have left is the face. then place it where you want it at and then fiberglass the edges down. Of course sand it down. Now I am not sure if you have to do any type of sanding to the skull it self, but i dont think it would hurt if you did as long as you didnt sand with 40 grit. But I have heard that you could build up some primer on the box and skull and then paint it to match....Just my 2 cents
