need help posting songs and music videos

i've looked around and can'nt find how to post songs or music videos. can some help me out

OK there is a website you can go to Music HTML

Highlight the code for "Background Music" and paste into your profile. Now where it has the code, insert the URL of your song link into where it says "URL"If you cant figure out how to find a song link, go to Singingfish.com

Edit the options on the left hand side, search for "Audio only" and Duration ">3 Mins in MP3 format. Hopefully the song you want will show up, but it wont always be there :'( anyway i tried to explain this the best way i can, but if you still need help let me know1Kathi
