if its running hot, flushing it wont help, it needs to be rodded out. if its just dirty, use some of that prestone flush, drive it a while and rinse it out.
There is also a hose attachment to hook up to your motor to flush it, if all you want to do is get all the old coolant out of the block. But if your vehicle is running hot i would use the advise of the first post.
