djm 4/6 drop with 45 rated 20" tires, will it work?

Im going to be picking up some rims in the moring.. will a 275/45/20 tire work with the djm 4/6 drop.. im just a little worried about the front, is it going to fit? please help, and if you got any pics, it would be badass..thanks in advanced.
