well i can tell you what seats not to use...newer s10 seats...I have 2001 sonoma seats in my 88 with a 3" bodydrop and i need to cut the brackets down and the headrest

Honda seats would be ideal

i can also tell you NOT to use Porsche 911 seats, thats what i have and they are way too tall, i think some of the smallest seats are, old camaro, firebird, etc.... like John said

Cavalier buckets are very popular, you can bolt them right to the floor with no brackets and its at stock height.

i have the xxxsled and i useed a bench seat out of a 94 toyota, if my steering wheel wasnt so fing big it would work great it has a very low rail systum in it and just make new holes for it.

i used a stock bench seat out of a 96 std cab. had to cut the brackets down 1 1/2" for me to even be able to get in it but its damn good now. it wont go any lower becasue the center hits the trans tunnel. i still have 1" of head room and im 6 ft
