what your gonna do, is set it up on some 4x4s. take the front clip off. cut the floor out and let it hit the 4x4s. the cab that is. go back in and weld up where the metal meets and make fillers where it dont.. Its complicated to explain. Hopefully Leif will find this thread and spill his book to ya....

look in my pics of my mazda. I know it's not an isuzu, but its basically the same on all trucks. Now as far as the cutting is concerned I'll try to explain a lil bit. IN the door areas. You wanna be able to get your plastic back in so your gonna want to cut just inside of that. On the back wall i went about half way up. Cut the support that runs side to side out and that way 3 inches. The fron is the tricky part. You are going to want to cut straight across the floor where it starts to come up into the firewall. Then a satraight line across the top of the tranny tunnell. Then just connect it to your bottom cuts on the bottom if the floor... I know that sounds confusing but, once you get in there and start cutting, you'll get the idea of what i am talking about.

There's really only one way to cut the sides, I cut around one inch from the pinch seams...

it is the firewall and back wall of cab that is up to you...

On the back wall of the cab I cut 3 inches out of the indented part (it is half way up the back wall, can't miss it)

then on the firewall I cut 3 inches out on top of the trans tunnel and then straight down to the easiest part to rejoin, you will also see that...

I cut the whole sides of the firewall off and rebuilt it with trailer tubs and sheetmetal, it looks way cleaner and I can lay sill on 20's...

I can get proper photo's if you need more help...

GOOD LUCK!
